Job Summary
We are seeking a strong Technical Program Manager (TPM) with hands-on experience driving AI/ML initiatives and managing large-scale AI/ML program execution. The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of ML models, AI/ML lifecycle management, conversational AI tools, and product-oriented program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML project and program execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Product, and QA.
- Manage AI/ML lifecycle activities including model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Work closely with conversational AI platforms involving intent/dialog configuration and conversation engineering.
- Evaluate and test different AI/ML tools and frameworks.
- Drive product-focused execution with strong stakeholder management.
- Track delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.
- Ensure successful execution of AI/ML initiatives in Agile environments.
Required Skills
- Strong Technical Program Management experience.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML projects and ML lifecycle.
- Knowledge of ML models and AI frameworks.
- Experience with Conversational AI, intent configuration, and dialog flows.
- Product management mindset and execution capability.
- Experience evaluating/testing AI/ML tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ex-Amazon candidates highly preferred.
- Experience working with enterprise AI platforms.
- Prior experience managing GenAI or Conversational AI programs.
