Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for consistently achieving their monthly revenue growth quotas with assigned existing and new clients. The position will build strong relationships and innovative signage programs to penetrate and capture recurring monthly revenue with all clients. The Business Development Manager will develop and use individual client account plans to effectively focus their time with clients, build their monthly pipeline of opportunities, and utilize their resources to meet daily performance expectations. The position will continuously develop their industry/company/product knowledge and sales capabilities, and support the development of Lakeside Sign's sales organization, company capabilities, and annual objectives.
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving signage sales by preparing accurate estimates and bids, providing technical expertise, and managing the sales process for signage projects. This role involves some prospecting for new business, engineering solutions, pricing projects competitively, and ensuring successful handoff to production and installation teams.
This position requires strong collaboration with operations, project management, and customers to deliver tailored solutions. Occasional travel may be required for site visits and client meetings.
