We are looking for an experienced IT Manager/Director to lead and oversee the technological operations of our organization in the central Mississippi area. This role involves managing a skilled team, ensuring system efficiency, specifically skilled with ERP systems related to maintenance, customization and efficiency. Must have proven experience in driving innovation to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of enterprise software and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the IT department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software, including Movex systems.

• Manage and optimize Active Directory, backup technologies, and other critical IT infrastructure.

• Supervise the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software systems.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance system security and efficiency.

• Lead the configuration and management of multi-line phone systems to support business communications.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve business processes.

• Mentor and manage IT staff, fostering growth and ensuring high team performance.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or new tools to maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven experience in an IT leadership role, such as IT Manager or Director.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software development and systems, including Movex.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, backup technologies, and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with managing multi-line phone systems and related technologies.
• Exceptional team leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
