Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in sales analysis to join our team in Leawood, Kansas. As a key contributor, you will analyze data from multiple sources, support sales funnel optimization, and help translate sales team needs into actionable business strategies. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data from sales funnels, including sources such as Salesforce, to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and convert them into clear business requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, such as key performance indicators (KPIs), to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel to present findings to stakeholders.
• Leverage SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for in-depth analysis.
• Provide insights into sales pipelines, including leads, opportunities, proposals, and closed deals, to optimize processes.
• Work with AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Support marketing and revenue analytics initiatives by integrating data from multiple platforms, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement within sales operations.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on sales operations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience with SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data effectively.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of sales pipelines, including stages like leads, opportunities, and deal closures.
• Knowledge of marketing and revenue analytics concepts through coursework, internships, or projects.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
