Acture Solutions is looking for multiple motivated and service-minded IT Services Support Summer Interns to join our on-site support team within the education sector in Chappaqua, NY. What You'll Do
As the IT Services Support Summer Intern, you will report directly to the Technology Operations Site Manager and contribute to a variety of hands-on tasks that support the technology infrastructure in an educational setting:
• Light Spreadsheet Work:
o Scan and catalog asset tags/district tags from retired or collected devices
o Share data with the team for inventory updates
• Cable Setup:
o Install/replace HDMI cables, docks, and remove obsolete cabling
o Tasks may require ladder use and working in less-than-clean environments
• Organization:
o Move, organize, and consolidate equipment
o Dispose of unnecessary items and lift/move boxes around district buildings
What You Bring
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
• Ability to lift boxes and navigate school buildings independently
• Previous experience in IT support is a plus, but not required
Skills for Success

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues effectively
Physical Requirements
• Able to lift, move, and transport equipment
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working in active environments
