Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes. Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure integrate to accomplish business goals. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the company's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role. Experience in system analysis and programming of software applications. Experience in implementing successful projects. Experience in Agile Software methodology using JIRA. Relevant experience in preparing Software design artifacts including Architecture, flowcharts, and Sequence diagrams. 3-5 years of expertise in application design and development using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Webpack, etc. Source control management using GitHub. Relevant knowledge with testing frameworks. Experience in performance tuning of applications and analyzing issues using tools like JProfiler/AppDynamics. Experience in performing effective code and design reviews. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Preferred Skills: Experience with React. Experience with AI tools such as Copilot. Education: Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
