Job Description

Job Title Quality Assurance Analyst (Healthcare / Medicaid) Overview / Summary Seeking two Quality Assurance Analyst Consultants to support the modernization of the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). This role works on complex, large-scale projects in collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO). Candidates will be involved in testing technical solutions, developing test strategies, and ensuring software quality across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Perform testing on technical solutions to identify, isolate, and resolve issues Develop test plans, QA processes, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, and test cases Translate business requirements and policy documentation into test cases and scenarios Maintain SDLC traceability from test cases to requirements and system components Conduct user interface and regression testing Test applications for reliability, stability, and usability, including negative testing Design and execute automated testing scripts with oversight Participate in defect triage, retesting, and issue resolution Create QA documentation and status reports on defects and testing progress Communicate testing results, issues, and gaps to development teams Follow established testing governance, standards, and best practices; recommend improvements Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections in alignment with governance standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in technical, business, healthcare, or related field (or 5+ years of QA experience in lieu of degree) 5+ years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios 5+ years of experience working with large enterprise or e-business systems 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and business processes 3+ years of experience communicating and reporting testing status, issues, and gaps to development teams 3+ years of hands-on experience with formal test design tools 3+ years of experience using manual or automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence 3+ years of experience working within SDLC environments, including waterfall and Agile methodologies Preferred Qualifications Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized organizations What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
