Seeking a full time Field Service Network Specialist who plays a critical role in supporting the installation, maintenance, and optimization of networked medical technologies in hospital and surgical environments.


In this field-based role, youll serve as a technical expert for the Companys networked products, collaborating with service, sales, clinical, and engineering teams to ensure reliable system performance and exceptional customer support.


This role is ideal for a technically strong, self-directed professional who enjoys solving complex network challenges and supporting mission-critical healthcare technology.


Fully Remote, but Must reside within North Carolina

Must have minimum of 5 years experience of field service or in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment in hospital environment. Must have a valid US drivers license and MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.

Requirements



  • Associate of Science degree (or equivalent) in electronics, instrumentation, or digital circuitry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of field service or hospital biomedical equipment technician experience.
  • Network+ certification required.
  • Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting networked medical systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
  • Valid drivers license with a good driving record.

Travel & On-Call Requirements

  • Field-based role supporting hospitals and surgical centers; travel required by car, rail, or public transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to approximately 75 pounds, with or without assistance.
  • Participation in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency service coverage as needed.
