Seeking a full time Field Service Network Specialist who plays a critical role in supporting the installation, maintenance, and optimization of networked medical technologies in hospital and surgical environments. In this field-based role, youll serve as a technical expert for the Companys networked products, collaborating with service, sales, clinical, and engineering teams to ensure reliable system performance and exceptional customer support. This role is ideal for a technically strong, self-directed professional who enjoys solving complex network challenges and supporting mission-critical healthcare technology. Fully Remote, but Must reside within North Carolina Must have minimum of 5 years experience of field service or in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment in hospital environment. Must have a valid US drivers license and MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa sponsorship. Requirements Associate of Science degree (or equivalent) in electronics, instrumentation, or digital circuitry. Minimum of 5 years of field service or hospital biomedical equipment technician experience. Network+ certification required. Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting networked medical systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership. Valid drivers license with a good driving record. Travel & On-Call Requirements Field-based role supporting hospitals and surgical centers; travel required by car, rail, or public transportation. Ability to lift up to approximately 75 pounds, with or without assistance. Participation in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency service coverage as needed.
