Job Description
Apply Deep Salesforce experience and technical ability within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to provide input on the design of data models, system integrations, and workflows in Salesforce. Analyze business processes and work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify gaps that Salesforce can address. Document and refine user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Collaborate with the Salesforce technical team to design solutions that align with business requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with Salesforce best practices. Act as the bridge between business users and the technical development team. Translate complex technical information into easily understood business terms. Conduct or oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. Identify, document, and track issues found during testing and ensure their resolution while recommending process improvements based on best practices. Help define data migration and data integration strategies for Salesforce. Ensure data quality and integrity are maintained within Salesforce and across integrated systems. Facilitate clear communication, ensuring all stakeholders understand project scope, timelines, and outcomes. Provide end-user training and create training materials. Serve as a resource for ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features or processes post-deployment. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and identify opportunities to leverage new functionality to improve business processes. Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Intelligence/Management, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Must have 5 years of experience in all of the following: Salesforce Cloud platforms and the various components such as MuleSoft Integration, Salesforce Cloud Integration, Case & Knowledge Management, Omni Channel, Live Agent, Email and Web to Case, Skills based routing, Milestones, and SLAs; Salesforce system configuration, such as setting up custom fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows; Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Components; Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model; Customizing Salesforce objects, layouts, and flows; Creating custom validation rules, triggers, and automation; Strong familiarity with test automation, familiarity with enterprise test automation suites such as Tosca, Tosca DI, or Selenium; Agile practices and Jira. 100% telecommuting is permitted; candidate may reside anywhere in the U.S. To apply, please email your resume to and reference the following job ID number in the subject line: RA
