Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Lead the development of custom applications, components, and workflows using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. Customize Salesforce CRM platforms to enhance user experience and meet specific business needs. Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Utilize APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with third-party applications. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, coding standards, and security protocols are followed. Implement testing strategies, including unit tests and automated testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of the code. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Electronic, Electrical or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Electronic, Electrical or a related field and 3 years of work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in all of the following: Salesforce Apex Coding; DevOps, CI/CD, automation, version control, and testing strategies; Salesforce Platform Expertise: Salesforce features, metadata, and best practices; Automation Scripting; Visualforce; Lightning components; Configuring leads, tracking opportunities, closing deals, support tickets, resolving issues, campaigns, analyzing results, and driving leads in a CRM platform; MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Salesforce integration patterns, platform events, and external system integration methodologies; Jira for bug tracking, task management, and release planning; and Jira integration with CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps tools.
