Job Title: Electrical Assembler - 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire
Location: Keene, NH
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM (4 x 10-hour days)
Pay Rate: $24+/HR

Position Summary Adecco is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler for 2nd shift in Keene, NH. This role involves building, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting complex electrical and electro-mechanical systems used in advanced machinery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly operations on a variety of electrical and electro-mechanical systems
  • Build and install wiring harnesses, electrical panels, and control systems
  • Perform board soldering, component installation, and electrical wiring
  • Assemble systems involving electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
  • Install software, and perform system testing, tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Use diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Applications teams on standard and custom builds
  • Maintain production schedules and ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or a similar role
  • Advanced technical training preferred
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Experience with CNC controls is a plus
  • Proficient with hand tools and measuring instruments (micrometers, verniers, etc.)
  • Experience with soldering and wire crimping tools
  • Familiarity with electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, analyzers)
  • Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Journeyman Electrician license is a plus

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
