Design and guide AI-enabled applications for enterprise workflows, including copilots, assistants, and intelligent automations. Build and maintain Python services and APIs, establish patterns for retrieval-augmented generation and agent orchestration, and partner with platform, data, product, and risk teams to deliver secure, scalable, governed solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-enabled applications and scalable technical solutions for enterprise workflows.
- Define retrieval-augmented generation patterns, including ingestion, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, and grounding.
- Design agent workflows, tool calling, and integrations with enterprise systems and services.
- Build and maintain Python backend services and APIs, guiding secure, scalable, production-quality implementation.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise data sources and advise on platforms such as Azure AI and Databricks Apps.
- Establish responsible AI governance and engineering standards, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineers.
