Provide advanced application support and engineering-level troubleshooting across enterprise platforms. Diagnose complex incidents, analyze data, implement configuration changes and development fixes, and improve system stability. This role requires hands-on C# and .NET development experience and supports Ryder's Technology Talent Incubator Program.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration incidents.
- Analyze data and debug systems to identify root causes.
- Implement configuration changes and development fixes to improve performance.
- Own issues from diagnosis through resolution, validation, and documentation.
- Identify systemic issues and contribute to long-term solutions and process improvements.
- Partner with development teams, improve knowledge resources, and support Level I engineers.
