Own and administer enterprise infrastructure, ERP and SaaS platforms across cloud, on-premises and hosted environments. Lead AI adoption and automation, build and support system integrations and data pipelines, and ensure systems are secure, reliable and well monitored.
Responsibilities
- Manage Azure resources, Microsoft 365, identity services, VMware environments and Windows and Linux servers.
- Administer ERP and Saa
- S platforms, including configuration, security, upgrades, database health and vendor support.
- Lead AI platform adoption and help establish responsible-use controls across departments.
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities for operations and back-office processes.
- Design, build and support integrations and data pipelines using APIs, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL and scripting.
- Maintain security, patching, backups, monitoring, disaster recovery and access reviews.
