Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid - Once in a 2 Week)
Job Type: Short-Term Contract (Till Dec 2026)Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior SDET with strong hands-on experience in test automation, framework design, UI/API testing, and database validation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with developers and product teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks.
- Create automated tests for Web/UI, APIs/Web Services and Mobile applications.
- Execute functional, regression and smoke testing.
- Integrate automated test suites with Jenkins/CI-CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with developers, Product Owners and business teams.
- Mentor junior testers and support overall QA activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 8-10 years of software testing experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on automation testing.
- Strong experience designing/developing automation frameworks.
- Excellent Selenium, Cucumber & BDD experience.
- Strong Java/JavaScript and SQL skills.
- Hands-on UI, Web Services/API & database testing.
- Strong complex SQL skills for data validation.
- Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD and Jira.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- AWS/Cloud testing experience is highly desirable.
- SoapUI, Appium experience is a plus.
