Senior QA Automation Engineer Saint Louis, MO - Onsite Duration: Fulltime- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 6-10 years of overall quality engineering experience with strong hands-on automation and manual testing expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Karate including framework development, enhancement, and maintenance.
- 2 years of experience on finance applications or enterprise financial platforms and validating end-to-end workflows.
- Strong Java and SQL skills for test automation, backend validation, data verification, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of finance processes such as billing, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliation, payments, financial reporting, and financial close.
- Ability to interpret business rules, process flows, calculations, controls, data dependencies, interfaces, and downstream impacts.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, smoke, system, end-to-end, and production validation testing.
- Experience designing reusable automation components, test data strategies, reporting, and traceability across release cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence or comparable test management and collaboration tools.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams and collaborating with developers, business analysts, finance SMEs, product owners, and other stakeholders.
