BCforward is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead for an onsite position in New York, NY. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions while leading technical teams to optimize system performance for large data volumes. Key qualifications include 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, and Triggers, proven experience managing large data volumes, and strong technical leadership skills. All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Pay and Contract Duration Pay Rate: $70/hr to $75/hr on W2 Engagement: 6-month temporary contract opportunity
