Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking four hands-on IT Field Support Technicians to provide onsite desktop, PC, and printer support. Technicians will troubleshoot end-user technical issues, support PC migrations, resolve network connectivity problems, and provide local hands-and-eyes assistance to remote IT teams. This role requires approximately 50% travel, including local and regional driving and domestic air travel to other U.S. locations as needed. Candidates must be comfortable traveling regularly and supporting multiple sites based on project requirements.
