Develop advanced processing systems and subsystems for Lockheed Martin Mission Systems, supporting hardware development from requirements derivation through product integration. Lead product development, maintain technical integrity and process compliance, coordinate with customers and stakeholders, and apply model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile practices. This full-time position is onsite in Owego, NY and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support organizational process compliance and implementation of the Hardware Development Process.
- Lead product development activities and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure technical integrity, quality, and completeness of engineering deliverables.
- Manage customer interfaces and coordinate with stakeholders across teams.
- Apply digital transformation practices, including model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile development.
- Support requirements derivation, hardware development, and product integration for advanced processing systems.
