Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications for small and local business clients
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to turn wireframes and requirements into performant digital experiences
- Implement SEO best practices, analytics tags, and optimized front-end performance for measurable growth
- Integrate APIs, CMS platforms, and third-party tools to support marketing and content workflows
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following modern web standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional project meetings
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing client sites for performance, accessibility, and UXContribute to continuous improvement of internal tools, workflows, and development processes
