Define and govern the architecture and technology roadmap for warehouse management systems across global supply chain operations. Lead solution design, technology evaluations, integrations, and modernization initiatives, ensuring scalable and reliable systems that support customer and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Define architecture vision, principles, standards, and technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Design scalable solutions across WMS, TMS, OMS, YMS, LMS, and related integration technologies.
- Document system architectures, interfaces, capabilities, and functional gaps.
- Own the WMS technology roadmap based on business strategy, customer needs, and operational priorities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including cloud-native systems, microservices, AI, automation, and robotics.
- Lead vendor evaluations, RFPs, proofs of concept, and customer demonstrations.
