Responsibilities
- Support launch and adoption of emerging Athenahealth products and services for healthcare clients
- Coordinate organizational readiness activities across product, engineering, and client-facing teams
- Analyze clinical and operational workflows to identify product and process improvement opportunities
- Assist in developing and maintaining implementation playbooks, training materials, and support documentation
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to surface issues and enhancement needs
- Support change management, communication, and stakeholder alignment for new releases
- Use data and analytics to track success metrics and inform decision making
- Collaborate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
