Job Title: CMM Programmer

Job Description:
- Save CMM programs in designated locations and follow change management procedures.
- Provide support to production personnel when needed.
- Train programmers, setup personnel, and operators in inspection methodology when applicable.
- Act as both team leader and team member to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to supervisor.
- Continuously seek improvements in processes, job performance, and overall effectiveness of the QMS.
- Collaborate with programmers and setup personnel to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document all work in ERP systems, work orders, CMM programs, and/or measurement software to maintain traceability and quality records.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Communicate concerns related to production, safety, or quality to the immediate supervisor.
- Use only calibrated measuring equipment (personal or company-supplied). Ensure any non-calibrated equipment is corrected immediately.
- Handle all inspection equipment, machines, and parts responsibly to avoid damage or deterioration.
- Stay aware of quality policies, procedures, objectives, and your contribution to product conformance, safety, and ethics.
