Position: Octane Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Octane Engineer with strong knowledge of OpenText ALM Octane and experience working in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on ALM Octane administration, configuration, and support.
- Manage requirements, user stories, test cases, defects, releases, and sprints in Octane.
- Support Agile/Scrum teams and QA processes.
- Integrate Octane with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Work with REST APIs and support automation/integration activities.
- Troubleshoot Octane-related issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with OpenText ALM Octane
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and CI/CD.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Banking & Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant IT/QA/ALM experience preferred.
