Job Description:
Shift Schedule:12-hour shifts with a rotating 4-days-on/3-days-off and 3-days-on/4-days-off schedule.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
3-7 years of experience in Data Center Operations
Hands-on experience with servers, storage, networking, racks, and hardware
Expertise in Rack & Stack, cabling, decommissioning, and break-fix activities
Knowledge of fiber/copper cabling, patch panels, and cross-connects
Experience with iDRAC/iLO, console access, and server installations
Familiarity with ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and SLA management
Experience in capacity planning for rack space, power, and cooling
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and team collaboration skills
