We're Hiring Software Development Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Software Development Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, align cross-functional teams, and drive execution across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead software development projects from initial scoping and planning through delivery, launch, and post-release support.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint execution, and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers using Jira, ensuring projects remain aligned with delivery objectives.
• Manage product backlogs, scope changes, and evolving priorities in collaboration with product owners and technical leads.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements, and knowledge resources in Confluence.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, and day-to-day project management activities.
What We're Looking For
• 6+ years of relevant experience managing custom software development projects.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, technical dependencies, architecture considerations, and delivery trade-offs.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or AI-powered project management features.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certification is an added advantage.
