Job: Salesforce Release Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ/New York, NY /Sunrise, FL (Hybrid Mode)
Type: Long term W2 Contract
Requirements
Experience in a role involving hands-on release management (release management role, RTE role, or engineering role)
1-year full-time Salesforce engineering experience
Strong skills with Git and GitHub Workflows
Salesforce Programming (Apex, JavaScript)
Strong analytical skills + ability to diagnose failures quickly
Basic familiarity with Agentic coding and AI tools
Willing to occasionally work late nights to assist with releases (hours shifted from daytime - not expected to exceed 40 hours)

Additional note
Candidates must pass a tech screen based on the judgment of a reviewing senior engineer.
Tech screen will cover sample repo build/deployment issues, investigating/resolving those issues, and explaining/communicating findings.
