Our client is seeking a Senior UI Software Engineer to build an AI-powered telecom equipment lifecycle and site visibility platform. The role is full-stack with a UI emphasis and requires hands-on experience integrating AI into products. The engineer will develop across front-end, API, backend, data, and integration layers, with a preference for Python and AWS. The position will drive discovery with stakeholders, translate operational needs into technical designs, and deliver reliable AI-enabled applications using modern agent frameworks and RAG patterns.

Rate: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00/yr. w2

Responsibilities
- Develop UI-centric full-stack solutions across front-end, API, backend, data, and integration layers.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and AI-enabled applications using AWS services and modern agent frameworks.
- Lead discovery with stakeholders and SMEs to translate operational needs into technical designs.
- Operate independently, drive solutions from concept to production, and communicate progress clearly.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, documents, and business workflows.
- Implement RAG, tool-using agents, workflow automation, evaluations, monitoring, and reliability controls.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Strong UI and backend full-stack skills, ideally Python-based, with experience building APIs, services, integrations, and distributed applications.
- Hands-on experience building applications in AWS, including CI/CD, containers, observability, and secure development practices.
- Experience with generative AI, LLM applications, agent workflows, RAG, vector databases, or AI-enabled automation.
- Ability to build usable full-stack applications, including modern web interfaces and backend services.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
