Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, architect, and lead the implementation of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI architecture, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, cloud AI platforms, and enterprise application integration.
The AI Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, security teams, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI architecture, reference architectures, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Architect AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent technologies.
- Evaluate and integrate foundation models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic, and other AI platforms.
- Design scalable AI services and integrations using Python, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Build enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions using vector databases and enterprise data sources.
- Define MLOps and LLMOps practices covering model deployment, CI/CD, automated evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Establish AI security and governance standards, including responsible AI, data privacy, access control, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, latency, scalability, token consumption, and cloud operating costs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases, conduct proof of concepts, and transition successful solutions into production.
- Establish evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, hallucination rates, relevance, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Mentor AI/ML engineers and provide technical leadership throughout solution design, development, deployment, and operations.
