Job Description
Telesis is hiring a Systems Analyst III to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer in transforming how the agency approaches engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience with MBSE tools and wants to use them to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering.

What you'll do
- Assist with capturing and developing new system models that will become the backbone of how MDA approaches future engineering efforts
- Leverage a variety of MBSE tools to support the MDA Chief Engineer
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to collaborate on models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Strong model-based engineering experience
- Ability to excel in a team setting
- Experience with interface or interoperability engineering domains
Preferred qualifications
- Expertise in MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.)
- MDA experience
- Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability
