Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Master Data Management & Data Governance to lead MDM and governance strategy for our clients' modern data platforms. In this role, you'll define data standards, ownership models, and quality frameworks that ensure trusted, analytics-ready data across critical domains like customer, product, and vendor. You'll partner closely with business and technical stakeholders, guide tool selection and implementation, and oversee data quality and stewardship practices on cloud data platforms. You'll mentor a small team, shape governance roadmaps, and help clients unlock value from AI and advanced analytics in a collaborative, learning-focused culture that supports flexibility and high performance. Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise master data management (MDM) and data governance strategy for key domains (customer, product, vendor, etc.)
- Design and implement data quality, metadata, and stewardship frameworks across client environments
- Partner with client stakeholders to define data standards, policies, and data ownership models
- Oversee implementation of MDM and governance tools on cloud data platforms with engineering teams
- Define and track data quality KPIs and governance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Translate business needs into data governance roadmaps and actionable project plans
- Mentor and guide data governance and MDM practitioners on best practices and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in data management
- Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to ensure governed, trusted data for reporting and AI use cases
- Contribute to thought leadership, playbooks, and reusable assets around MDM and data governance
