Senior Enterprise Integration Manager

Abbott Laboratories seeks a Senior Integration Manager to lead complex system integrations across diagnostics, devices, and enterprise platforms. You will define integration strategy, oversee architecture and roadmaps, and manage end-to-end delivery of secure, compliant data and application integrations in a global, regulated environment. Partnering with R&D, IT, operations, and business leaders, you'll ensure scalability, reliability, and data integrity while mentoring a team and driving continuous improvement that supports Abbott's mission to improve global health.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise integration strategies and roadmaps
• Oversee architecture and standards for APIs, data flows, and application integrations
• Manage full lifecycle of integration projects from requirements to deployment
• Ensure integrations comply with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements
• Collaborate with R&D, IT, and business stakeholders to align integrations with business goals
• Coordinate and mentor internal and external technical teams
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability
• Drive continuous improvement of integration tools, methods, and governance
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate integration technologies
