Sr Operations Business Systems Analyst

Abbott Laboratories seeks a Sr Operations Business Systems Analyst to optimize business processes and systems supporting global biotech and pharmaceutical operations. In this role, you will partner with operations, quality, and IT to gather requirements, configure and enhance ERP/CRM and related platforms, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and compliance. You will lead implementations, testing, and training, ensuring systems meet regulatory standards while enabling teams to work smarter in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize operations business systems and workflows
• Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
• Configure and support ERP/CRM and related operational systems
• Develop functional specifications and partner with IT/development teams
• Lead system implementations, enhancements, testing, and validation
• Create dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, quality, and data integrity standards
• Train end users and develop process and system documentation
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in operations
• Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes
