Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of system and data integrations across Abbott platforms
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into integration designs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, quality, operations, and business units
• Oversee integration testing, validation, and go-live activities in a regulated environment
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare and Gx
• P regulations
• Manage integration timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to deliver scalable integration solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in integration standards, tools, and best practices
