Epic Professional Billing Application Analyst

Configure, upgrade, and support Epic Professional Billing systems for Abbott Cancer Diagnostics. You will analyze business needs, assess the impact of requested changes, design and test workflows, resolve application issues, maintain documentation, and support end users. This hybrid role is based in Madison, Wisconsin, with four days in office and one day remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure, upgrade, and improve assigned business systems and applications.
• Assess the impact of requested changes and support workflow design.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot system changes and technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical and system documentation and procedures.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and communicate status updates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and contribute to reviews and end-user training.
