LOCAL "MIAMI" CANDIDATES ONLY

My client, with offices in Doral, is looking for a hands-on Workday HRIS Analyst to join their team on a 4-6-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows Workday inside and out and enjoys improving systems, streamlining processes, troubleshooting issues, and making sure everything runs as it should.

They need someone who can jump in immediately, take ownership, and hit the ground running. If you're technically strong, resourceful, and enjoy finding solutions and making systems work better, this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Workday configuration, business processes, and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot Workday issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Support Workday integrations with other HR systems and enterprise applications.
  • Review and optimize workflows, business processes, and system functionality.
  • Maintain security roles, user access, permissions, and system configurations.
  • Support Workday reporting, data integrity, and data validation.
  • Assist with system updates, releases, testing, and new functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Maintain documentation related to configurations, integrations, processes, and system changes.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting Workday.
  • Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, security, and integrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting system issues and resolving data or process-related problems.
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting, data management, and system testing.
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or system upgrades is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
