Job Description
AXG Contracting is seeking a Materials Management Analyst to support an energy infrastructure company. This position maintains accurate materials and inventory records, tracks material requests, resolves discrepancies, and prepares operational reports using Oracle SCM and IBM Maximo.

Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and validate materials and inventory data in Oracle SCM and IBM Maximo.
- Track material requests, inventory transactions, and outstanding items to ensure timely processing.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, data errors, and system inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, operations, and other internal teams on material availability and unresolved issues.
- Prepare inventory reports, status updates, and supporting documentation.
- Support inventory audits, reconciliations, data cleanup, and process improvements.
- Travel to field locations as needed to support materials and warehouse processes, reporting, and personnel training.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency using Oracle SCM and IBM Maximo.
- Experience in materials management, inventory control, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Experience managing MRO-maintenance, repair, and operations-materials, such as spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Experience supporting materials or inventory operations within the energy industry.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience analyzing inventory data.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred; three or more years of Maximo experience may substitute for a degree.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%.
