Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications for small and local business clients
- Implement clean, maintainable front-end and back-end code using modern web technologies and frameworks
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to translate requirements into effective digital experiences
- Optimize sites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
- Integrate third-party tools, CMS platforms, and analytics solutions to support marketing campaigns
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing client websites and applications
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement of development processes
- Use analytics and testing data to iterate on features and improve user experience and conversion rates
