  • Build and maintain a JWCI Common Operating Picture integrating requirements data, portfolio risks, integration activities, governance events, stakeholder engagement, and team workload.
  • Develop Power Apps tools for requirements tracking, issue escalation, and stakeholder input; automate workflows using Power Automate and other approved tools.
  • Provide executive dashboards, trend and predictive analysis, and role-based data views while complying with data-governance and access-control requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Communication

  • Maintain the Stakeholder Tracker/heat map and coordinate with stakeholders including Army G-8, JROC staff, DTRA, and the liaison officer network.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce bureaucracy, improve efficiency, and align processes with applicable acquisition and requirements reforms.
  • Maintain the Portfolio Risk Register; assess requirements, integration, and resourcing risks; develop mitigation strategies; and elevate critical risks to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Ten years of operational management experience, or a bachelor's degree in operational management, technical management, or a closely related field.
  • At least five years of experience in project management, DoD acquisition, or another field of comparable complexity and responsibility.
  • At least five years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Word.
