Job Description Senior Site Support Engineer

Role Overview

The role serves as a trusted technology partner for the DC executive community and the broader headquarters population. Working as an active member of the Digital Workplace Services team, the engineer collaborates closely with colleagues, shares knowledge, and contributes to the team's overall delivery of reliable workplace technology, executive device support, collaboration platforms, conference rooms, and high-profile meetings.

This position requires excellent judgment, composure under pressure, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels. The engineer works collaboratively within the Site Support team and across technical teams and vendors, helping colleagues, contributing expertise, and taking shared accountability for successful

outcomes while maintaining clear communication until service is fully restored.
