Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design.
- Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
- Review AI reasoning in architecture, debugging, and system design.
- Provide clear, detailed technical feedback to improve model performance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of software engineering experience at a leading technology company, with some experience gained within the past 3 years.
- Based in an English-speaking country.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
