Job Description
is responsible for deploying, managing, securing, and optimizing the Tanium real-time endpoint management and security platform across large enterprise environments
Core Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Tanium Server, Module Servers, Zone Proxies, and client agents across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Module Management: Administer key Tanium modules-including Tanium Enforce, Patch, Comply, Deploy, Asset, Discover, and Interact.
- Real-Time Querying & Automation: Build and maintain custom sensors, packages, actions, saved questions, and workflows.
- Patch & Vulnerability Management: Drive enterprise-wide patch deployments, software distribution, and compliance monitoring against frameworks like CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001.
- Integrations: Connect Tanium with SIEM solutions, IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms like ServiceNow, and security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike) via REST APIs.
- Support & Governance: Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), troubleshoot client connectivity/SSL errors, and provide Tier 2/3 operational escalation support
