Lead Java React Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java React Developer with 11+ years of software development experience to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js, along with experience in system design, architecture, mentoring, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications.
Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Design and develop modern, responsive front-end applications using React.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Participate in architecture and system-design discussions.
Conduct code reviews and establish coding and development best practices.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Identify and resolve complex technical and production issues.
Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Technical Skills
Backend
11+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java / J2EE.
Advanced Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring MVC.
Strong experience designing and developing Microservices.
Excellent knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
Frontend
Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills.
HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI development.
Experience with React components, hooks, state management, and API integration.
Database & Data
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus.
Cloud & DevOps
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Git and modern source-control practices.
CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
Technical Leadership
Proven experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead.
Ability to make sound technical and architectural decisions.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
