Experis is seeking an IT Hardware Technician to support enterprise clients in a fast-paced, professional environment. In this role, you will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; perform hardware diagnostics and repairs; and support imaging, deployments, and refresh projects. You will maintain accurate asset records, follow security and compliance standards, and provide on-site end-user support. Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals for client environments
- Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements to ensure optimal performance
- Support imaging, deployment, and decommissioning of devices following Experis standards
- Maintain accurate asset inventory, documentation, and service records in ticketing tools
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams on rollouts, upgrades, and refresh projects
- Provide on-site end-user support, resolving incidents within defined SLAs
- Assist with basic network connectivity issues, cabling, and hardware connections
- Follow security and compliance procedures when handling devices and data
