Direct Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Digital Infrastructure & Cloud Computing Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on digital infrastructure and cloud transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, data center leases, development agreements, SLAs, loan documents, and JV/operating agreements
- Support data center acquisitions, development projects, network transactions, and cable infrastructure matters
- Work with data center operators, cloud providers, telecom companies, investors, and lenders
- Take on increasing responsibility and leadership within the practice
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant transactional experience
- Experience with digital infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, or related transactions preferred
- Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic credentials
- Must be admitted or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction
