Von Maur is seeking an E-Commerce Shipping Associate to support our upscale retail customers by accurately processing online orders. In this role, you will pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment, print labels, verify order details, and ensure packages are shipped on time and in excellent condition. You'll use shipping and inventory systems, maintain organized work areas, and uphold Von Maur's customer-first, service-oriented standards. Responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, label, and process shipments through carrier and shipping software
- Verify order details, quantities, and item conditions before shipment
- Maintain clean, organized shipping and packing areas
- Use inventory and order management systems to update order status
- Inspect packaging to ensure merchandise is protected and presentation-ready
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals for order processing
- Communicate with supervisors regarding delays, inventory issues, or errors
- Follow safety, loss-prevention, and company policies
- Support teamwork and uphold Von Maur's customer-first service standards
