Von Maur is seeking an E-Commerce Shipping Associate to support our upscale retail customers by accurately picking, packing, and shipping online orders. In this fast-paced role, you will print labels, verify order details, inspect merchandise, and ensure attractive, secure packaging that reflects our premium brand. You'll maintain organized shipping and staging areas, follow safety and loss-prevention procedures, and meet daily productivity and accuracy goals while delivering the customer-first service Von Maur is known for.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer e-commerce orders
- Print and apply shipping labels and documentation using shipping software
- Verify item accuracy, sizes, and quantities against order tickets
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure high-quality, attractive packaging
- Maintain organized shipping, packing, and staging areas
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
- Follow all safety, loss-prevention, and handling procedures
- Collaborate with store and e-commerce teams to resolve order issues
- Operate scanners, printers, and basic warehouse equipment as required
