Von Maur is seeking an E-Commerce Shipping Associate to support our upscale retail customers by accurately picking, packing, and shipping online orders. In this role, you will process orders using shipping systems, print labels, verify item accuracy, and package merchandise to Von Maur presentation standards. You'll maintain organized workstations, assist with inventory counts, and meet daily productivity and quality goals. Working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, you help ensure orders ship on time, reflect our customer-first service culture, and support long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer e-commerce orders
- Use shipping software to generate labels and documentation
- Verify item accuracy, quantities, and order details before shipment
- Apply Von Maur packaging and presentation standards to all orders
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets
- Maintain a clean, organized shipping and packing area
- Assist with inventory checks, counts, and stock replenishment
- Communicate order or shipping issues to supervisors promptly
- Follow safety, loss-prevention, and handling procedures
- Contribute to a courteous, customer-first team culture
