Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support workplace technology solutions for a hybrid workforce
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange, and Share
- Point
- Manage endpoint configuration, security, and updates across devices
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and resilience
- Automate routine tasks and workflows using scripting and management tools
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly
- Support identity and access management, including Azure AD and SSO integrations
- Document configurations, standards, and procedures for support and knowledge sharing
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and improve user experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement, technology roadmaps, and project delivery.
